We try to ship all product orders within 3 to 5 days. Many times we can order more quickly, but we expect it to take 2 or more days for the package to reach you, depending on the carrier.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Because we often have unique, artistic items, we provide only store credit for items after purchase is made. Clothing can be exchanged for different sizes within one week of original purchase date, or within one week following major holidays if the gift was purchased for that purpose.
PLEASE cancel any orders within 24 hours to avoid difficulties. Order cancelations made after 72 hours require payment of 10% penalty fee, unless product is returned because of a problem (size or defect) in the product. The 10% fee will be subtracted from any store credit that may be owed.
