Shiroco's Fusion Decor

Shiroco's seeks to offer creative and original products for your home, garden and kitchen. We also feature local and international artistic pieces, including CandleArt, gourmet food items and paintings or photography. Our goal is to make quality items available for everyday use and decoration. 

Some of the most unusual items we feature include:

• Zimbabwee Circular Candles -- crafted by young African Artists
• Soy Candles -- designed and produced by a local disabled couple
• French Fragrances for Men -- including shaving and soaps
• Great Gourmet Flavors -- often made and distributed locally

In addition, we also carry fresh single-stem flowers and unusual tropical flora to make our own creative bouquets for whatever your need. We do not "mass produce" flower arrangements or force you to buy more than you need!  

BY THE WAY: Shiroco is the name of my dog! He is a yellow/golden lab mix, perhaps with some other small breed, since he has very short legs. Come to our store and read his story. You can see a little picture of him here (on the right), along with a picture of our other rescued mutt, Shetan (black & white), and Sybil, who is now in Doggie Heavan.

Shiroco's is located near the intersection of Highways 680 and 780 just north of Concord/Walnut Creek.

Benicia: California's city of many firsts

Benicia was the first City officially organized in California. In addition, it has played a fascinating role in America's history, as a terminating site of the early Continental Railroad, the location where the first private gold coin was minted, and the place where the drunken men of adventure let word out that Gold had been discovered in California--what some say is the most significant event forming the nation as we know it today!
